Creating awareness and transparency is the first step in breaking down the walls in the supply chain and the starting point of working together.

Next, we organize a workshop to fully comprehend each other’s business processes and supply chain characteristics. The central question is ‘What would we do if we were 1 company?’

VALUE STREAM MAPPING

What would we do if we were one company, that is the central question when we start the process of Value Stream Mapping. In a workshop setting with involved stakeholders we make a detailed process flow of your supply chain.

For each step of the total process we determine the possible waste. At the end of the workshop we have a clear view on potential points of improvement. This will be the starting point of working together and eliminate waste step by step.
